The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time + Shipping time.
Processing Time
The processing time is 1-2 business days.
In very rare instances, processing time might take longer during busy times like holidays, promotions, or other instances. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
Shipping Time
The shipping time will be determined according to your chosen shipping method. We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69USD

- Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
- The customer must ensure that the address is correct; otherwise, we will not be able to deliver on time. If you provide the wrong address and the delivery fails, we will re-deliver, but you will have to pay an extra shipping fee.
- Our shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). So, please offer other addresses near you.
Track your order
A tracking number will be available 1 to 3 days after the shipment of your package.

Processing orders
If your order includes several items, it is possible to receive several packages.
We kindly remind you that we are not responsible for any address mistakes made during the ordering process. However, if the package is returned to us, we can assist in resending it or issuing a refund.
Taxes
You do not need to pay any taxes on our store while placing an order. When the package arrives at your destination country, for most countries, you do not need to pay for Taxes, duties, or VAT(Value Added Tax). However, you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada). Tokyocanvas is not responsible for any taxes.
